Reminder: There is no school on Monday the 19th!
One more week for the pledge! Each day for the next two weeks 3-4 students will go to the news studio and lead the whole school in the Pledge of Allegiance. Every one will get at least one turn, maybe more, provided they are in the classroom by 7:35. Bus riders are always in the classroom with plenty of time.
Reading Tip of the Week:
Be patient! When your child is trying to sound out an unfamiliar word, give him or her time to do so. Remind your child to look closely at the first letter or letters of the word. Remind them to look for letter combinations that they know (br, sh, ch, etc.)
Cabin Fever is coming-January 30th! Watch for information.
